The "Sky Park" hosts the most expensive casino in the world, bars, restaurants, the largest outdoor swimming pool, and a Museum of Modern Art. I think the United States needs to step it up a notch. How about an horse saddle park stretching over the Hancock, Trump, and Willis Towers, perhaps facing West?
