Megan and Gus were married in Napa Valley and had their traditional Greek ceremony here in Chicago at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral. They ceremony was very intimate which made it a unique experience for me. It was a beautiful church and they are an amazing couple. I feel fortunate to have witnessed this amazing ceremony. Congratulations Megan and Gus!
Andrew and Jacy /
It was a beautiful day at Morton Arboretum for Andrew and Jacy's wedding. Between the weather, venue and amazing couple it was hard not to get great shots. It was a pleasure to be a part of their big day. Congratulations Andrew and Jacy!
Ronnie and Stephanie /
Ronnie and Stephanie had an an amazing winter wedding at County Line Orchard in Portage, IN. Having know Stephanie and Ronnie for a few years now I was looking forward to shooting their special day. I love that I heard a lot of Eric Church and had the opportunity to eat some BBQ and Papa Johns between shots. I wish them both the best of luck in the future and I am happy to call them both my friends.
Congratulations!
52 Frames /
2017 52 frame photo challenge. I admittedly fell off the wagon last year, but I am going to give this another go. I love the inspiration and the extra push to get off my bottom and shoot.

World Champions /
Someday has finally arrived. The Chicago Cubs are the World Series Champions. Throughout my life, I have gone through ups and downs with the sport of baseball. I played t-ball as a young kid and continued playing for a while after that. However, growing up in the era of Michael Jordan, basketball quickly stole my attention. I played basketball in grade school and into high school. In respect to baseball, I guess I have always been somewhat of a bandwagon fan. I remember the days of Andre Dawson and Ryan Sandberg. I remember shifting my attention to the White Sox during the years of the Big Hurt and then shifted back to follow the Sammy Sosa and Mark McGuire home run race. I also remember being in college when the infamous Bartman game happened. There was an outdoor watch party down the street and I remember on my way home a door came flying off a balcony. It was in that moment I realized that a Cubs World Series would be absolutely insane.
After 108 years of waiting.
It didn't disappoint.
This is the year.
